We are a custom sock brand focusing on manufacturing custom socks for our corporate clients. Our socks work well as promotional items, gifts, and at special events.
Where are you located?
We currently work out of two locations; Boca Raton, FL and Toronto, Ontario. This gives us the ability to ship efficiently into both the United States and Canada.

What type of socks can you produce?
We produce a wide array of socks, including: Combed Cotton Crew, Combed Cotton Knee High, Athletic Crew, Athletic Ankle, Combed Cotton Ankle/No-Show, Wool Crew and Combed Cotton Youth/Baby socks.
What are the socks composed of?
We match up the yarns to what your project requires, but most of our clients produce our combed cotton crew sock; which is 80% combed cotton, 17% polyamide and 3% spandex. Our socks are comfortable; very comfortable.
How does the sizing work?
Most of our clients take our “one size fits most” sock, but we also offer ladies and men’s sizes as well. Reach out to us and we can guide you through it.
What do I need to begin?
We will reach out to you for your high-resolution logo and color pantones. From there, our designers will produce a complimentary, no obligation sock board for you to review and consider. You then make revisions and we move towards your final sock design.
What are your minimums?
Our minimum is 100 pairs per size and design. This is the lowest in the industry for woven socks.
What if I want an exact sample of my sock before i produce my run of socks?
Sure! No problem at all! After we provide you the final sock board based on your selection, we will order a sample sock for you to approve.
I'd like to see the quality of your work before we begin - Is that doable?
No problem at all! Your account Socktologist will send you complimentary samples of our past work so you can assess the quality and be confident in the final product you can expect from us.
How long does it take to recive my complimentary, no obligation sock board?
Depending on the volume of the season we send out our design boards anywhere from 1-3 business days from your initial request. The Socktologist assigned to your account will give you a time estimate before we begin to manage everyone’s expectations.
Can I design my own socks?
Of course! We will send you our design templates right away to get started! All you have to do is ask. Please keep in mind that even if you are designing your own socks, our in-house design team would be happy to assist you throughout the process.

What is your typical lead time?
Our standard turnaround time from the date of order is 25 calendar days or sooner. The actual date of shipment will be provided to you within 2 business days of your order.
Can I do a rush order?

Where do you ship to?
We ship all over the world and take care of everything from our factory to your doorstep.
Can I ship to multiple locations?
Of course! We take care of multiple location shipments all the time. The details will be listed on the final board you approve so there is no confusion.
Will I get tracking on my order?
Yup! Once your order ships we give you a tracking number via DHL. Shipments take 2-3 days to your doorstep as we always ship Air Express.
Can I use my own shipping account?
Sure, but remember we pay all the shipping and duties to your door when it is on our account.
What is the investment required for custom socks?
Check out the pricing on the homepage of our site. Prices are all inclusive and there are no hidden fees. From design, label and delivery; everything is included. We pride ourselves on no headaches, no hassles and no hiding!
I have an order for much more than 1500 socks, who do I contact to talk pricing?
Reach out to us at email@example.com and we will be happy to provide an accurate quote based on your project specifics.
Once I am ready to move ahead, how do I pay?
Once we have a finalized, approved sock board, we will send you an invoice and a credit card authorization form. After the card is processed, we will send you a transaction slip and invoice marked paid. At that point, we are in production and the goods will ship directly to you within 25 days (standard delivery) or 7 days (rushed delivery).
Besides credit card, are there any other payment methods?
We also accept bank wire, EFT and payment by check.
